Ms Eboni was a amazing front desk representative, not only did she make our stay pleasant she made sure we had a list of spot to visit and have fun. She was quick to answer any questions we had and make our stay in NOLA rememberable. She brought such a good attitude with a beautiful smile. Her knowledge of her surroundings was amazing especially giving good directions. We wanna say thank you thank you. We will be back for Ms Eboni.

have stayed there many time for a "weekend with Grandad" with my 2.5 y/o grandson....we always get 2 queen beds...we had a great time as usual....many of the staff know him now and greet both he and I. I know quickly now how to childproof the room....built a tent for him by tucking a sheet under the mattresses between the two beds...he went NUTS for it!! Breakfast is more than adequate for both of us....will always stay there when coming to NOLA from Shreveport.

The lady working the front desk Oct 8th and 9th. Can't recall her name but I've traveled all over and it's a very rare thing happened,this young lady took probably 10 calls from me trying to find my reservation and it couldn't be found. I thought it was a problem on their end but it was on my end. I messed up and put it in my daughter in laws name . It was a trip to New Orleans at the children's hospital for my granddaughter,unexpected stay. Finally got booking.com on the phone, got back on with her, and got a answer everytime I called.she was very patient with me and I know i was stressing. After I finally thought about how I made the reservations she pointed it out that I had reserved the room 2 times. Took care of the cancelation. Even today she sounded like she had a touch of a cold and she still took care of everything. It's already stressful being with your child at a major hospital, she made the check-in for my son and daughter in law the easiest they ever had. That's their words. Took stress off me being here, all I was trying was to help pay for a room. I don't know who her Boss is, but if I had an employee like that. One who seems to really care about the place of business, and also privacy. It would be beneficial to do whatever to keep that employee. And she noticed the 2 reservations come in but didn't tell me a name because of privacy for guests. Wow!! She's a one of a kind employee, one every business or company wants. Thank you very much for the help. They are going to have to start coming 2 times a month and will be staying there just because of you.

It was a little difficult to find the parking lot. Kept me going in circles. Poor guy at the front desk is so nice but so over worked! I hope he finds some help!! The ice machines were down but he filled my cup with ice so I'm thankful. The little market place needs some help with more snacks. Overall we only stayed one night because we were going on a cruise so it was fine.

The rooms were nice for the price we paid. I had a king room. It included a sofa that lets out into a bed. My son had a queen room. It had 2 queen beds and a recliner chair. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and provided plenty of towels. The staff was very nice & friendly and the breakfast was really good.

The staff was always so friendly! The inside was very clean. It is very conveniently close to the I-10. I asked for a spruce up for towels and garbage. They did that and made the beds. They had coffee in the lobby all the time.

The staff was great ! Very helpful every time I needed it . Didn’t have to wait on much they came into the room and cleaned when we were gone didn’t touch our belongings and set us up with everything that was needed for the duration of our stay. There was always someone at the front desk .
